    Thank you for such insightful articles. I tanked my health through extreme workload stress and a burglary in 2008/2009. The result is hypothyroidism and all else that goes along with it – cortisol and adrenals. October 2020 in desperation with persistent weight gain and general bleh continuously, I sought the help of an acupuncturist doctor. He ordered a plethora of blood tests and finally the penny dropped. The low-grade inflammation, pre-diabetes markers were there. I have done genetic testing and am high risk for PUFAs! Further research led me to Forefront Health where there is an info graphic showing exactly how the liver pathways get blocked by PUFAs rendering all thyroid efforts null and void! Caching, the penny dropped! I have been avoiding PUFAs like the plague since. Amazing articles out there, the Croissant Diet in particular but all the cross-referencing too. It’s been 5 months and I am already feeling better, lost some centimetres and my skin is feeling smoother and softer, I’m 58 in May, here’s to looking and feeling my best! Thank you again.
