I’m Posting Here Again

Social media is becoming less and less attractive, so I have decided to change the format of my blog and start posting here more regularly. It’s still a work in progress, but at this stage, my posts will incorporate some aspects of what I have been posting on IG, with more detailed commentary and some studies attached.

Still, it is unlikely that I will be writing long articles like those previously found on this blog, as I no longer feel it is the most effective use of my time and effort.

Thanks for the support, and please don’t hesitate to make comments. I will endeavour to reply to all.

Sugar is not bad for you and never has been. How do I know? There are many ways to explain this, and I’m not going to cover them all right here, right now. I discussed many reasons I believe sugar is healthy in previous articles on this blog. One crucial way to understand sugar is to look at what gets shown to happen in the body when it gets removed from the diet.

The stress substances that rise due to the lack of available sugar promote the conditions popularly blamed on sugar consumption. Sugar consumption as the cause of health issues, on the other hand, is an idea arising primarily out of misrepresentations of the findings of genuine biological research and experimentation and from the results of poorly performed scientific studies.

These are only some of the many essential pieces of information discussed in previous posts, which should not be ignored by health professionals and those reporting on the subject.

I’m not a doctor, and this is not health advice—just my thoughts based on my personal experience and independent research.
