Description
Grains, nuts, beans, legumes, and raw (or undercooked) plants or vegetables are said to be healthy, but they have harmful defensive chemicals. Oxalates, phytates, trypsin inhibitors, and lectins, to name a few, can all interfere with digestion and promote intestinal bacteria, suppressing metabolism.
