Fatty Fish Farce
Although the polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) have been shown to be more than problematic when consumed regularly by humans, fish oil is still commonly recommended as a health supplement.
Blood sugar issues including hyperglycaemia, insulin resistance, as well as type 2 diabetes, are some of the problems associated with their over consumption.
Sugar is an essential fuel, and fish oil – as well as other PUFAs – interfere with your body’s ability to effectively use it.
Fish like their fat unsaturated so they can swim in cold waters.
We, on the other hand need fats that don’t oxidize at room temperature and beyond.
Nature knew what it was doing.
